OTTAWA — A Quenemo man pleaded no contest to a charge of aggravated indecent liberties with a child between 14 and 16. David Wadkins, Jr., faced a second jury trial last week in Franklin County District Court on three charges involving accusations that he had a three-year sexual relationship with a Williamsburg girl. He changed his plea as a result of a plea bargain, and the trial was cancelled. In the first trial, he was acquitted of three charges and the jury couldn’t agree on three others. Sentencing will be Dec. 15.
