OTTAWA — Arnie and Vicki Horton have received the Ottawa Curb Appeal award for their home at 521 N. Cherry. The Curb Appeal award is given by the city planning and zoning department to a residential property that recognizes improvements and adds to community pride and neighborhood values, Wynndee Lee, city planning and codes director, said. The Hortons’ is the third Curb Appeal award given this year. They received a certificate and were displaying a brightly colored sign in the yard.
