OTTAWA — The preliminary hearing for an Arizona prison inmate charged with kidnapping and sexually assaulting a Williamsburg teenager 11 years ago will be next Tuesday in Franklin County District Court. Ralph Corey remains in jail after a judge refused his request for bond. The hearing was postponed after a new attorney was appointed to represent him. Corey was brought to Kansas earlier this year and charged after a cold-case computer program matched his DNA to evidence from the case, which happened in Ottawa.
