OTTAWA — The case of a former Ottawa Recreation Commission staffer who was accused of inappropriate contact with a 13-year-old girl is closed. James Boyd agreed in Franklin County District Court to an order that bans him from contacting the girl. The girl’s mother sought the order, saying that Boyd had asked her daughter for sexy pictures of herself.
