GARNETT — Garnett’s Crystal Lake, on the south edge of the city, will be stocked with trout approximately Thursday. Anyone 16 and older fishing at the lake during trout season, which goes through April 15, must possess a state trout permit. Residents 16 through 64 years old and non-residents 16 and older must also have a valid fishing license. The daily creel limit is five trout. Anglers 15 and younger may fish for trout without a permit if they adhere to a two trout per day limit.
