KANSAS CITY — Kansas City police investigating the disappearance of 11-month old baby girl Lisa Irwin from her crib early last month have interviewed another family member – and the family itself has added a new lawyer to their legal team. ABC reported investigators spent a couple of hours interviewing Phil Netz, who is baby Lisa’s uncle and who was in the home for several hours the night she vanished. But the person they still most want to talk to is baby Lisa’s mother Deborah Bradley, but she has not consented to unrestricted questioning by investigators since Oct. 8, more than three weeks ago. The Kansas City Star reported that police released new details of the night Lisa disappeared. The paper said Bradley had 8-10 glasses of wine that night and was so drunk that she couldn’t remember putting her to bed. Her father Jeremy Irwin returned home to find the front door was wide open and the lights on. In other developments, Kansas City lawyer John Picerno will join high-powered New York attorney Joseph Tacopina in representing Lisa’s parents. Tacopina released a statement saying there will no more distractions and no more squabbling with police – he said he wants to shift the spotlight back onto baby Lisa and the search for her. A public dust-up late last week between Tacopina and his previous local counsel, Cyndy Short, led to her being kicked off the team.
