TOPEKA — The Kansas Department of Transportation is conducting an on-line survey about what you think about the state’s intercity bus system and what is needed. KDOT transportation planner Stephanie Watts said information from the survey will help identify where changes can be made to provide the best intercity bus service possible. Currently, three bus lines serve Kansas. Only Jefferson Lines goes through Ottawa and Garnett but the line no longer stops in either city. The closest stops are in Iola and Olathe. To participate in the survey, go to KDOT’s website, www.ksdot.org.
