OSAWATOMIE — Mill Street bridge east of Osawatomie won’t be repaired and will be closed for good. The Osawatomie Journal reported that the Miami County engineer’s office said that repairing the 91-year-old bridge isn’t worth the cost. If the bridge is replaced, it will cost at least $5 millon and two years to design it, with construction taking another year.
