OTTAWA — Charles foster will serve two months in jail for having sex with a 14-year-girl. He received credit for already spending 209 days in jail. He’ll also have 12 months of intensive supervision and another 12 months of probation. Earlier, he pleaded guilty in Franklin County District Court for an amended charge of aggravated sexual battery.
