OTTAWA — A Missouri inmate was booked into the Franklin County jail Wednesday for failure to appear in court on an earlier Franklin County case. Cory Harding, 23, St. Joseph, Mo., was sought on three charges of burglary, three charges of felony theft, and three charges of criminal damage. His bond was set at $15,000. Undersheriff Steve Lunger said Harding was transferred from a Missouri prison to a holding facility in St. Joseph, where he was picked by a deputy. Harding was also booked for a probation violation. Bond on that was set at $2,000.
