RANTOUL — The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department received two reports from Rantoul Wednesday. A 40-year-old man reported thieves stole 16 pieces of landscaping timber from his front yard in the 400 block of South Elm Street. The loss was estimated at $64. A 32-year-old woman reported someone spray-painted graffiti on her wooden privacy fence in the 200 block of South Cedar. Damage was estimated at $100.
