SACRAMENTO,CA-Small nonfarm businesses in select Kansas counties are now eligible to apply for low-interest disaster loans from the U.S. Small Business Administration. The loans are intended to help offset any losses the businesses suffered as a result of extreme weather conditions, such as drought, high winds, and high heat.
