OTTAWA-An elderly Ottawa man was taken into custody just before 11:00 last night after discharging a gun inside his house. Henry Willoughby, 73, shot the gun then barricaded himself inside his residence at 700 South Locust Street. Willoughby is held with criminal possession and discharge of a firearm. Further information has not been released.
