HILLSDALE — A 40-year-old Louisburg man was taken to Overland Park Regional Medical Center Thursday evening following a two-vehicle crash on K-68 at Osawatomie Road just south of Hillsdale. The Kansas Highway Patrol said Douglas Rison of Louisburg was driving west on K-68 when his car was broad-sided by a truck driven by 47-year-old Jon Jennings, 47, Paola, who was going south on Osawatomie Road. Troopers said Jennings ran through the stop sign and hit Rison’s car. Two children in Rison’s car weren’t injured.
