TOPEKA — Some of the county commissioners will go to the Kansas Association of Counties annual conference in Topeka beginning Sunday. Commissioner Don Stottlemire says he’s getting an early start. KAC director Randy Allen asked him to join a special committee to do the annual audit of the association books before the conference.
