OTTAWA- Since when does Black Friday start on Thursday? As of this year, Walmart will be opening its doors at 10:00 Thanksgiving evening, with Target, Best Buy, Kohl’s, and Macy’s following just shortly behind with a midnight open. Walmart says it will have a sort of soft open, selling discounted toys, clothes and home goods, with the electronics blowout beginning at midnight.
