WELLSVILLE — A 68-year-old Neodesha woman was taken to Ransom Memorial Hospital Saturday afternoon after a one-car accident on I-35 near Wellsville. The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said Karla Kneebone was driving south on I-35 when her car went off the road and flipped. The sheriff’s office described her injuries as minor.
