OTTAWA — Crystal Cartwright, 22, Ottawa told the Franklin County Sheriff’s office that while she was driving her school bus east in the 2500 block of Sand Creek Road north of Ottawa, her mirror was ripped off by a piece of farm equipment being pulled by a black pickup. The truck didn’t stop.
