OTTAWA — It may be a new low for that hoped-for high. Adam Hernandez, 32, Ottawa, was booked into the Franklin County jail for suspicion of possessing marijuana and driving while suspended Wednesday evening after he was stopped on I-35 for having defective brake lights. The Franklin County Sheriff’s office says after he was stopped, Hernandez through a bag of marijuana out of his passenger-side window. He had to see a judge before he could post a bond. The sheriff’s office also seized his car for a possible drug forfeiture.
