GARNETT – KTWU PBS Channel 11 will highlight the Garnett 150th celebration during its “Sunflower Journeys” television show beginning Thanksgiving night. A crew filmed the day-long celebration and parade last month in Garnett. The program, “Local Sesqui-Celebrations” will premiere Thursday night at 7 on Channel 11.1. It will be rebroadcast at Saturday evening at 5:30 and Nov. 30 at 7:30 p.m..
