OTTAWA — Ottawa police investigated a couple of business-related complaints late Wednesday night. The owner of OH Pawn reported someone broke a window on the door of the business in the 100 block of South Main Street. A 35-year-old Richmond man reported that someone stole property from his vehicle while it was parked at McDonald’s restaurant in the 2200 block of South Princeton.
