OTTAWA — Ransom Memorial Hospital’s $9 million expansion and renovation project will wrap up next month. Hospital CEO Larry Felix says the work is on track and is in the final stages. Flooring in the hallways has been installed and workers are making progress, he said. The expansion included a new birthing center, a new surgery unit and a new intensive care unit; and converting patient rooms to high-tech, single-patient rooms.
