GARNETT — The owner of a Garnett garage that was severely damaged by a fire told the Anderson County Review that he won’t rebuild. Miller’s Garage east of Garnett was destroyed by last week’s fire. Owner Lee Miller said the fire was caused by a waste oil heater. Although most of Miller’s automotive equipment and tools weren’t damaged by the fire, a customer’s vehicle was destroyed.
