OTTAWA — The First Baptist Church and Franklin County Habitat for Humanity were the top winners in Saturday’s Christmas Parade in Ottawa. The church won first in the non-commercial youth category. The Appanoose Trailblazers 4-H Club won second and the Ottawa Youth Action Council was third. Habitat won the non-commercial adult category. The Land of Misfit Toys and Westminster Presbyterian Church was second and Prairie Paws Animal Shelter was third.
