OSAWATOMIE — During his speech in Osawatomie, Pres. Barack Obama said he wants to boost economic development. And he created an economic boom in Osawatomie today with his speech. Chris Harrison lives next to Osawatomie High School and he charged people $10 to park in his yard. He said business was brisk. “Things have been going real well,” he said. Besides a spot to park next to the school, Harrison offered his customers a free cup of coffee.
