OTTAWA — A 66-year-old Ottawa man reported to the Franklin Dounty Sheriff’s office Saturday that his mailbox in was vandalized in the 3200 block of Labette Terrace east of Ottawa. He also told officers that two of his neighbors’ mailboxes were also vandalized. The damage was estimated at about $90.
