OTTAWA — A 25-year-old Ottawa man was booked into the Franklin County jail Saturday night following a one-vehicle crash at K-68 and Idaho Road. The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department said Mark Riddle was driving west in the 1500 block of K-68 when his car went off the highway and rolled over. Deputies said he wasn’t injured. He was booked into the jail on suspicion of DUI, driving while suspended, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
