OTTAWA — You might be able to outrun a police car. But you can’t outrun radio waves. Ottawa police reported that an officer tried to pull over driver for a traffic violation in the 100 block of West Wilson Street early Saturday morning. The driver took off. Police later found the vehicle and identified the driver. The case remains under investigation.
