OTTAWA — A 37-year-old Ottawa man alerted the Franklin County Sheriff’s office that a man and woman were on his property in the 2100 block of Kingman Terrace southwest of Ottawa late Tuesday night. He told them that he believed they were burglarizing his place. Deputies collared a 46-year-old Garnett woman and a 50-year-old Garnett man. They told deputies that they had stopped on the property to urinate.
