GARNETT- The Anderson County Hospital laboratory is seeking public approval to do a $190,000 upgrade. The Anderson County Review reports that the hospital has to have a public hearing about it because, although St. Luke’s Health System manages the hospital, the building and equipment are owned by the county. In preparation for the planned upgrade, the lab director recently went to NewYork for training on handling the new equipment. The hearing is set for Monday morning at 10:00 a.m. at the Anderson County Annex..
