OTTAWA- A bicycle accident at 11th and Ash this morning may have stopped traffic, but that’s all the damage that was done. A 13-year-old cyclist was headed west on 11th street and pulled into the intersection as a driver was going south on Ash. The driver stopped immediately, but just bumped into the rider. Nobody sustained any injuries.
