OTTAWA — The Community Blood Center is having a blood drive until tonight at 6 at Ransom Memorial Hospital. Walk-ins are welcome. Registered blood donors will receive a commemorative ornament. For the second time this month, the community blood center is collecting blood for the military. Part of the blood collected today will be shipped to Fort Bragg.
