GARNETT – Several special services are planned in the Garnett area this weekend. The Anderson County Review reports those include St. Therese Catholic Church in Richmond at 4 and St. John’s Catholic Church in Greeley at 4. The Garnett First Christian Church at 4 and at 6. St. Patrick Catholic Church in Emerald at 5. The Garnett Church of the Nazarene and the Holy Angels CatholicChurch in Garnett, each at 6. The Garnett First United Methodist Church at 7. St. Boniface Catholic Church in Scipio at 7 and a special Christmas day service Sunday morning at 9. On a more secular note, the Anderson County Courthouse will be closed Monday.
