TOPEKA – The head of Kansas Dept. of Social and Rehabilitation Services has a new job in Florida. Rob Siedlecki announced his resignation as SRS chief last Thursday. Beginning Jan. 5, he will work for the Florida Dept. of Children and Family Services as assistant secretary for substance abuse and mental health programs.
