WICHITA – Kansas Commissioner of Insurance Sandy Praeger has revoked an insurance agent’s license and issued a cease and desist order against him. That follows an investigation against John Grover III of Wichita and the sale and replacement of annuities to two Kansas residents and loans made to Grover by the residents.
