OTTAWA — The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said Desiree Winkle, 64, Ottawa, was driving a mini-van west in the 500 block of West Wilson Street Monday afternoon when she hit a car driven by Jacqueline Mundhenke, 57, Ottawa. Deputies said Mundhenke pulled out of a driveway and into the way of Winkler. Winkler and her juvenile passenger received some minor injuries, the sheriff’s office said. They were checked out by an ambulance crew but refused to be taken to the hospital.
