OTTAWA — The Ottawa city hall will be closed Monday for the Christmas holiday. That also means the Ottawa City Commission study session scheduled for Monday has been canceled, as has the session following New Year’s day. The next study session will be Jan. 9. The Ottawa Library is closed today, Saturday, Christmas Day and Monday.
