KINCAID — The Anderson County Sheriff’s Department is looking for a man who tried to rob the Citizens Bank in Kincaid Thursday morning. The sheriff’s department told the Anderson County Review that the man was locked out of the bank because of security measures by the bank staff. He fled in a brown or dark silver Jeep Cherokee SUV, Kansas tag 414-ALA. The Jeep was reported stolen from Chanute. He was described as white man, over 6-feet tall, 200 pounds, wearing a navy-colored “pea” coat, dark-colored hoodie, a “skeleton mask” and carrying a handgun.
