OTTAWA — Franklin County Clerk Shari Perry said the process of redrawing the five county commission districts has begun. Like the federal government and the state, the county must redrawn districts after each 10-year Census so they each have roughly the same populations. She said there has been enough population growth that will require some redrawing of the commission districts, she said.
