PARKER — A 15-year-old Parker teenager was taken to Overland Park Regional Medical Center Thursday after her pick rolled over about two miles south of Parker. The Kansas Highway Patrol said Katelynn Akes was driving south on County Road 1077, when her truck went off into the right ditch. She overcorrected, and pickup rolled over when it went back onto the road. She wearing a seatbelt, as was her 13-year-old passenger, who wasn’t injured.
