WELLSVILLE — A 56 year-old Wellsville man died at Olathe Medical Center Saturday after he was shot in the chest at his home in Wellsville. The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said Sean Thomson was taken from his home at 234 Downy Drive after his daughter Cody Thomson, 22, found him Saturday afternoon. The sheriff’s department said it appears that Thomsom died as a result of the gunshot wound. The case remains under investigation.
