OTTAWA — ECKAN will distribute commodity food items to eligible Franklin County residents on Monday, Jan. 30, which is a different date because of the Martin Luther King Jr., Day holiday. To be eligible, residents must have signed up previously at the ECKAN Franklin County Center, 1320 S. Ash St., in Ottawa. Distributions will be from 9 to 11 at the Ottawa VFW, from 10 to noon at the Walnut Plaza Apartments in Wellsville, and 2 to 4 at the Pomona Community Center.
