OSAGE CITY — Osage City will expand and improve its airport. The Osage County Herald-Chronicle repored that if the city receives a $4.7 million federal grant for the project, all of the land needed for the expansion should be bought by the end of this year. The city’s engineering consulting said design and surveying will be complete in 2013; with grading to begin in 2014; and paving to begin in 2015.
