OVERBROOK — Thieves who stole items from a Westar power substation at 121st and Paulen in northeast Osage County sometime before this morning may have gotten more than they wanted. Sheriff Laurie Dunn said the thieves took off with several tools. They also took a gray box that could contain hazardous material. Dunn said she doesn’t think the thieves realize that their haul may be a whole lot of trouble for them.
