OTTAWA — After two years, and more than $9 million, an expansion and renovation project at Ransom Memorial Hospital is complete. A few minor items are being done in a hallway but the project is done, hospital CEO Larry Felix. The hospital started using the new patient rooms, which was the final phase, last week, he said. The project added new birthing suites, a new surgery center, an new intensive care unit and an overhaul and modernization of patient rooms.
