WICHITA — Two area students are among eleven finalists for one of Wichita State’s top scholarship. Two finalists will be announced Jan. 26th as recipients of the Harry Gore Memorial $48,000 scholarship, one of the largest scholarships offered in Kansas. The area students are Caleb Smith of Wellsville, and Whitney Wilson, of Carbondale and a senior at Santa Fe Trail High School.
