OTTAWA — Ottawa police received two theft reports Monday. The owner of a pallet business in the 900 block of North Bennett reported his business had been burglarized and several items were taken over the weekend. There was no immediate estimate of the loss. A 45-year-old Ottawa woman reported her bicycle was stolen from the 400 block of South Oak.
