OTTAWA — Three’s a company, at least when it comes to telephone systems. The hospital will buy a new telephone system to replace an antiquated system, said Ransom Memorial Hospital CEO Larry Felix. The system, which will be installed and put into operation at the end the end of March or early April, will expand and improve the hospital’s communications capabilities, he said. Franklin County and Ottawa University are buying the same phone system.
