RANTOUL — An early Wednesday fire destroyed a house just across the Miami County line from Rantoul. Details about the fire weren’t immediately available but the Miami County Sheriff’s office said it appears there wasn’t any suspicious cause of the fire. Cutler Township volunteer firefighters were called to assist the Osawatomie-Fontana Fire Department with the fire.
