OTTAWA- A string of Ottawa burglaries have been put to a halt. Joseph Crawley and Kain Brown of Ottawa are currently behind bars and awaiting bond. Lieutenant Adam Weingartner says the burglaries ranged from locked and unlocked vehicles, a residential burglary, to the robbing of Cash 2 Go. Weingartner says some of the stolen items the police department recovered have yet to be identified.
“If anyone’s missing any property, please contact the Ottawa police department and report the crime,” Weingartner said. “They can come try to identify the items we do have here.”
